Trained at the prestigious School of Engineering and Logistics (SEL) and a graduate of the Ordnance Maintenance Management Officer Course, she has served as a Logistics/Maintenance Engineer Team Lead at Redstone Arsenal and within civil service at Anniston Army Depot. She brings an unmatched level of operational discipline, compliance expertise, and regional industry networking to the academy.
Dr. Georgia Bailey, Ed.D. Senior Instructor, Federal Proposal & Technical Writing
A retired U.S. Army Major with extensive experience spanning national security, TRADOC, and the Intelligence Community. Holding a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Dr. Bailey is a senior capture strategist who has successfully managed full-lifecycle federal proposals resulting in over $800 million in awarded IT and mission-support contracts. She provides students with the elite framework needed to deconstruct and win complex federal solicitations.
